This is a very handsome vintage Zodiac Hermetic Aerospace Jet wristwatch in great condition from the 1970s! This model wristwatch began in the 1950s- the first series was labeled Hermetic only, the second series was named Jet Aeronaut, and the third series was named Aerospace Jet. This Zodiac is a Hermetic Aerospace Jet.

The lovely hi-gloss black dial is very unique in that it has a 24-hour dial only- not a 24-hour dial in addition to a 12-hour dial. Bright red lines divide each Arabic numeral. Stick hour marks and Arabic numerals indicating each five minutes are in white. Luminous dots at the hour marks. The dial features very slim, silver sword-style hour and minute hands that are luminous, and a slender silver sweep second. The dial is signed Zodiac, Hermetic, Aerospace Jet and Swiss and has the Zodiac cross and circle logo.

This slim-profile Zodiac Hermetic Aerospace Jet watch is cased in a 34mm round stainless steel case, that protects the Swiss manual movement. The movement is a caliber 721 with 17 jewels and is unadjusted. It is anti-magnetic, shock resistant, and water resistant. Its reference number is 758 and the case is also marked 1882282.

It is finished with a 17 mm handsome black leather two-piece strap with a silver-toned buckle. It is marked Brazilian Lizard.

This Zodiac Hermetic Aerospace Jet is a very handsome 24-hour dial wristwatch that will be great to wear or to enjoy in a collection. It is in great condition and runs very well!

We prefer to shoot photographs outside when weather is permitting. However, when we shoot indoors, please be aware that we shoot our photographs inside of lightboxes that are lit with 360 LED bulbs. This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust lighting when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
